Privacy notice
Effective 6 August 2026. This notice covers the Vidda Software Inc. (vidda.ca) website only. A separate privacy policy will apply to Vidda Retirement Planning Software when it is released.
- Who we are
- Vidda Software Inc., 420 W Hastings St, Unit 300, Vancouver, BC V6B 1L1, Canada. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@vidda.ca.
- What we collect
- If you sign up to be notified, we collect your email address. That is all we ask for and all we keep. We do not collect your name, your financial information, or anything about your retirement.
- Why we collect it
- To send you a message when Vidda is available, and occasional updates about its progress. Nothing else. We do not sell your email address, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own use.
- Where it is stored
- Your email address is stored in Canada by HubSpot, the customer relationship platform we use. Some of HubSpot's service providers may process it outside Canada.
- How long we keep it
- Until you ask us to remove it, or until we have told you Vidda is available and you have not opened or clicked any message from us for twelve months, whichever comes first.
- Your choices
- Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@vidda.ca at any time to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm when it is done.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site uses HubSpot to understand how people find and use it, for example how many people visit and which pages they read. These cookies are off until you turn them on, and you can change your mind at any time. Cookies needed for the site to work are always on.
- Changes
- If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it.
